LEED for Homes is the ‘Gold Standard’ for Green Homes. LEED certification ensures that the all of the features of the home have been responsibly thought out and third party verified to be implemented properly.

Above and Beyond Energy has been working as ‘Green Raters’ since the program was in its pilot phase.
As ‘Green Raters’ working with LEED for Homes Providers, we are verifiers of the program, ensuring homes are meeting program requirements. In addition we provide oversight, education, interpretation, and valuable cross trade training and tools needed for successful Green Home Building with LEED for Homes.
